San Jose’s South First Area is in line for another significant apartment development.
Core Development Co. last week submitted a formal proposal for a 105-unit project at 598 S. First St., a key corner where South First meets Reed St. The new complex will rise five stories and include about 2,170 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. BDE Architecture is working on the design.
