ABOUT THE PROJECT
Buena Vista Midtown Senior Apartments, also known as West San Carlos Senior, consists of 95 affordable one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments available for independent seniors ages 55 and older and approximately 4,300 square foot of retail/commercial space. In addition, the project also offers a sustainable development that incorporates many green features to the building and site design, including achieving 20% energy efficiency beyond the Title 24 energy code, and being certified with the Build It Green program, which will enhance the quality of life for the residents of Buena Vista Midtown.
