The Core Companies closed financing on the Agrihood project located in the City of Santa Clara, a mixed-use project that includes 165 units of senior housing; 160 market-rate apartments, 36 townhomes as well as an urban farm.
The project offers broad and deep levels of affordability and is focused on meeting the housing needs of seniors, senior veterans, the missing middle, and first-time homebuyers in a truly innovative setting.
