NON-EMERGENCY INSTRUCTIONS #

If your service request is a NON-EMERGENCY (SEE BELOW) the following procedure should be followed to insure that we understand and track all customer service requests:

Appliance service requests should be submitted by calling Whirlpool at 1+(800) 952-2537 Option 2 for service.

Then provide the following information:

  1. Complex Name, address and phone number
  2. Complete model number and serial number
  3. Date of first initial lease commitment (for Units) or (for Community Room) certificate ofsubstantial completion for the building on 01-00-20.

Customer service requests can be submitted in the following manners:

Internet – The fastest and most reliable way to send us a customer service request in an non- emergency situation is to use this method by doing the following:

  1. Log onto www.thecorecompanies.com
  2. Click the Customer Service link near the top of our web page
  3. Fill in all the appropriate boxes to the best of your ability (The more specific you areabout your request the more thorough we can be in resolving any problems)

Fax – (408) 294-7659: If you fax us a customer service request please include the following:

  1. Name
  2. 5 East Reed Street, San Jose, CA 95112
  3. Contact information (i.e. day time phone number and email address)
  4. Include a thorough description of the issue that needs our attention

US Mail – CORE Builders 470 South Market Street, San Jose CA 95113 and include the following:

  1. Name

  4. Include a thorough description of the issue that needs our attention

NOTE: Items such as an inoperative appliance, a loss of hot water only, a toilet stoppage, a dripping faucet, or leak under the sink do not constitute as an emergency but should be reported to us at your earliest opportunity.
